In Short

• Manage and maintain Writer’s IT infrastructure.
• Ensure efficiency, security, and reliability of IT systems.
• Implement and troubleshoot corporate systems management tools.
• Manage user accounts and permissions within Google Workspace.
• Support IT-related projects and initiatives.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Stay updated with IT technology trends and best practices.
• Provide technical support to end-users.
• Document IT procedures and configurations.
• Provide administrative support to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Google Workspace and workforce management systems.
• Strong understanding of network protocols and security principles.
• Proficiency in MacOS, Linux, and Windows system administration.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience scaling IT infrastructure for growing companies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Rippling's products is a plus.
