IT Auditor - Remote

Overview

The IT Auditor will conduct audits, tests, and evaluations of risk management processes within the technology information systems of Grupo Mariposa, aligning with the company's methodologies and best practices to assess and propose improvements to risk management, control, and governance environments.

In Short

• Analyze audit requirements to establish a review plan focused on strengthening internal control and IT governance.
• Conduct preliminary analytical processes prioritizing objectives and risks for specific review planning.
• Ensure understanding of the audit approach and guidelines for compliance and project understanding.
• Execute the approved testing plan for audit projects, ensuring traceability and quality of work papers.
• Perform penetration tests and gather evidence from exceptions detected in information systems (ERP) and databases (DB).
• Prepare audit reports including findings, recommendations, and action plans based on international standards.
• Participate in special field activities requested by Corporate Audit Management.
• Execute other approved audit or consulting projects and assigned requirements.
• Support the use and creation of reports using technology and Big Data tools.
• Contribute to the annual strategic audit plan based on accumulated experience in IT reviews and cybersecurity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
• CISA, COBIT, ITIL, ISO, ISACA, or other international IT or cybersecurity certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Systems/Security/Programming in medium-performing companies.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Programming Analyst, Technical Support, or in IT Security.
• Advanced English proficiency.
