Overview

As an Automotive Claims Adjuster II, you will be responsible for adjudicating claims and providing exceptional customer service while working remotely.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
  • Handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with StoneEagle software is required.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience with StoneEagle software.
  • 2+ years in an automotive service environment.
  • Experience with modern computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • High school diploma required; some college preferred.
