In Short

• Protective is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Claims Adjuster.
• Responsible for adjudicating claims and assessing new losses.
• Document and investigate claims while maintaining high customer service levels.
• Deliver engaging service on phone inquiries regarding claims.
• Authorize claims and manage a high volume of inbound calls.
• Process paperwork according to established procedures.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in an automotive service environment preferred.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Empathetic listening skills and good judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor.
• Experience with modern computer systems and software applications.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; some college preferred.
