Remote Automotive Claims Adjuster

Overview

The Remote Automotive Claims Adjuster will oversee automotive claims handling, claims investigation, liability, damages, and coverage while providing exceptional customer service and support to the claims department.

• Starting salary range of $60K - $70K.

• Ability to manage escalated cases and handle disputes.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Automotive Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience handling automotive claims preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to operate computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Experience in mechanical inspections preferred.
• Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.
