• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Writer/Advisor.
• Experience with modern computer systems and software.
• Conflict resolution and customer satisfaction skills.
• Previous inbound call center experience preferred.
• Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
