This role is for a Remote Automotive Claims Adjuster who will manage automotive claims handling, investigation, and customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Automotive Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in automotive claims handling or as a technician.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage escalated cases and disputes.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to various personalities.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Must have a positive attitude under stress.
