Compliance Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards while providing guidance to customers and dealers.

In Short

• Assist with company licensing and compliance reviews.
• File consumer forms to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory inquiries.
• Research federal and state regulations.
• Manage contractual liability insurance policies.
• Complete projects assigned by the Director of Legal and Compliance.
• Conduct competitive product reviews and assist in new product development.
• Investigate and resolve internal and external issues.
• Work in a hybrid environment after training.
• 2-4 years of experience in a legal or compliance position required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or an Associate degree with relevant experience.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a team setting.
• Notary Public preferred.
