Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance team at Wysh. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory requirements while supporting the development and implementation of effective compliance processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in life or health insurance.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry processes and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency with SERFF, IRFS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues as needed.
