Overview

The Healthcare Customer Service Advocate - Provider Enrollment is primarily responsible for coordinating, managing, and maintaining enrollment services for Providers/Practices, as well as establishing and maintaining enrollment relationships with Payers/Networks.

In Short

  • Work remotely in a performance-based role.
  • Coordinate and manage enrollment services for healthcare providers.
  • Assist providers in preparing, processing, and submitting enrollment forms.
  • Monitor accounts and manage the enrollment process.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and document enrollment packages.
  • Train clients on enrollment application services.
  • Utilize appropriate communication channels for data movement.
  • Meet productivity and accuracy requirements.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in BPO Healthcare (Voice).
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare processes, including claims and credentialing.
  • Excellent analytical, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online systems.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Must be located in or near Manila (preferred).
  • Can start ASAP.
