Overview

The Manager, Healthcare Services provides operational management and oversight of integrated Healthcare Services (HCS) teams responsible for providing Molina Healthcare members with the right care at the right place at the right time and assisting them to achieve optimal clinical, financial, and quality of life outcomes.

• Seeking a Registered Nurse or LCSW licensed in Virginia.
• Remote position within the state of Virginia.
• Support a team of Nurse Case Managers for the Medicaid program.
• Strong leadership and experience with direct reports required.
• Previous MCO experience preferred.
• Must commute to Richmond VA office for leadership meetings as needed.
• Core business hours are Monday – Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
• Home office with high-speed internet required.
• Responsible for clinical teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching and development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of managed healthcare experience.
• 3+ years in utilization management, case management, or disease management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare.
• Active, unrestricted license required if applicable.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
