Overview

The Program Manager for Healthcare Services will support Medicaid markets across the Central and Eastern time zones, working fully remote with minimal travel. Candidates with project management experience are preferred.

• Manage programs and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Conduct quality audits and implement quality initiatives.
• Create business requirements documents and training materials.
• Engage with external vendors as needed.
• Focus on process improvement and organizational change management.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 5+ years of managed healthcare experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in healthcare.
• Experience with state and federal regulations.
• Active and unrestricted license in good standing.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• Healthcare management certifications are a plus.
• Six Sigma training or certification is a bonus.
