Technical Architect/Field CTO - Remote

Overview

ServiceNow is seeking a Technical Architect (Presales) to join our Team. The Technical Architect will be part of the Enterprise Architecture Team within our pre-sales organization, focused on building credibility and trust with the technical leaders in our largest customers by developing cross-functional strategies and solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of total IT experience, with 8+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
• Deep platform knowledge and solution design expertise.
• Experience running workshops related to CSDM and integration strategies.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and innovative thinking skills.
• Experience presenting architecture concepts to technology leaders.
• Willingness to collaborate with customers and partners.
