Overview

The Advisory Solution Consultant - Creator Workflows is a customer-facing domain expert who drives innovative mission solutions by applying technical and business skills. This role focuses on architecting solutions to address mission problems on the Now Platform and requires demonstration and prototyping of platform capabilities.

In Short

• Drive innovative mission solutions and digital transformation with customers.
• Consult with customers to understand their mission needs and evangelize the mission value of solution development.
• Partner with Sales to qualify customer needs and identify opportunities.
• Architect and develop innovative solutions in a pre-sales environment.
• Develop application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on the ServiceNow platform.
• Conduct architectural and technical workshops.
• Facilitate workshops focusing on innovation and co-creation.
• Mentor solution consulting peers.
• Present at executive briefings and marketing events.
• Work closely with Product Management on upcoming releases.

Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Experience with US Public Sector customers.
• 5+ years as a solution consultant/architect.
• 3+ years architecting solutions on the Now Platform.
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops.
• Ability to lead a multi-discipline team.
• Functional comprehension of SQL and database concepts.
• Functional comprehension of JavaScript and HTML.
• Strong people development skills.
• Executive level presence and communication skills.
