Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Advisory Solution Consultant to join our CRM & Industry Workflows team, supporting the West Business Services Area. This role focuses on enterprise selling environments and translating customer pain points into strategic CRM solutions.

• Act as a strategic advisor and technical expert on ServiceNow’s Customer and Industry Workflows.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder conversations.
• Build and deliver customized product demonstrations.
• Own the technical solution strategy across multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management, marketing, partners, and services teams.
• Support strategic events and partner collaborations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or enterprise sales engineering experience.
• Experience with Business Services customers or similar industries.
• Proven track record in navigating complex sales cycles.
• Expertise in building pipeline and influencing deal strategy.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based CRM or workflow platforms.
• Strong grasp of value-selling principles and storytelling through demos.
• Passion for innovation and applying AI to business problems.
• Experience working collaboratively across teams.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
