Overview

The Coordinator (EPC) role involves providing essential support and communication to veteran clients, ensuring a smooth experience within the ELITE program.

In Short

  • Support and communicate with veteran clients.
  • Manage VC’s email and calendar activities.
  • Create and track attendance sheets for clients.
  • Compile reports and manage team meeting calendars.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist clients with uploading documents.
  • Guide veterans to classes and meetings.
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed.
  • Work full-time hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

Requirements

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Methodical and logical thinking.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • 1+ years in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Must have a home office with high-speed internet.
