Quality Control Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Quality Control Specialist will ensure the organization’s compliance with applicable laws following relevant company standards and regulations. The QCS will be responsible for monitoring and documenting compliance activities, advising leadership and management on compliance matters.

• Creates reports, queries, and policies as needed by Quality Assurance.
• Interfaces with employees regarding adjustments needed to meet Quality Assurance Standards.
• Understands the VA claim process and related procedures.
• Ensures adherence to Quality Assurance processes and policies.
• Implements and supports continuous improvement efforts.
• Assists with updates and improvements to the Quality Assurance program.
• Audits processes and practices to identify weaknesses.
• Educates employees on regulations and best practices.
