Overview

The Quality Specialist is an essential member of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for maintaining the highest quality standards throughout the testing, release, and distribution of dietary supplements.

In Short

• Demonstrates proficiency in QMS systems including document management and complaint management.
• Manages sign-offs and investigations for adverse events.
• Tracks, analyzes, and presents adverse event data.
• Tracks and manages testing processes for third-party certifications.
• Maintains the training matrix and training documents.
• Coordinates and facilitates training sessions for employees.
• Manages document control and change control processes.
• Assists with product release as needed.
• Performs internal audits for regulatory or supplier quality management.
• Supports stability program and regulatory document control.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of 21 CFR Part 111 and 117.
• Experience in quality assurance processes.
• Strong analytical skills for data trend analysis.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards.
