Overview

The Retail Operations Specialist is responsible for leading the team supporting ONNIT’s internal sales team & highest volume customers, managing customer onboarding, order processing, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Process sales orders for accuracy and lead times.
• Support high volume key accounts with onboarding and order fulfillment.
• Manage EDI relationships for successful onboarding.
• Communicate shipping updates and respond to customer needs.
• Manage tools for the field sales team.
• Assist sales management with reporting and requests.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams.
• Execute discount activations in Magento.
• Partner with IT for system improvements.
• Pull reporting from various systems as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in sales order processing and customer service.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with EDI and Magento.
• Ability to communicate effectively with key accounts.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in reporting tools like Quicksights and Netsuite.
