Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

The Salesforce Developer will work within an Agile environment and collaborate with other developers, product owners, test engineers, and architects. You will identify, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions that address business challenges and drive innovation.

In Short

• Salesforce software development working closely with architects to design, develop and test new technology solutions
• Develops custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other programming languages and frameworks
• Designs and optimizes data models, sharing rules, and security models
• Evaluates new Salesforce features and technologies
• Integrates Salesforce with external systems and applications
• Ensures seamless data flow and interoperability between Salesforce and other systems
• Contributes and follows coding standards and quality assurance processes
• Conducts peer code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests
• Remediates technical debt and performance bottlenecks
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to Salesforce development (e.g., Apex, Java, JavaScript)
• Thorough understanding of SaaS data models and design considerations
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features
• Good understanding of Salesforce DX and DevOps processes
• Hands-on experience (5+ years) in Salesforce development
• In-depth knowledge (3+ years) of Salesforce platform architecture
• Preferred experience integrating business applications
• Salesforce certifications desired
