Overview

The Veteran Ambassador will engage with prospects, providing a detailed overview of the VA Claims Insider program and guiding veterans through the onboarding process.

In Short

• Engage with prospects about VA Claims Insider program offerings.
• Gather information regarding each Veteran’s specific disability.
• Monitor and update prospect information in Pipedrive.
• Respond promptly to all veteran leads.
• Technical reporting of issues through the IT Portal.
• Ensure appointments and events are completed successfully.
• Guide veterans through the Elite Agreement execution.
• Coordinate with Veteran Coaches on specific issues.
• Drive to reach monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a sales-focused role.
• Strong fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• High-speed, reliable internet.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Energetic and enthusiastic approach to work.
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Stellar interpersonal skills and team player.
• Time Management and Conflict Resolution skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
