Overview

The Veteran Ambassador will engage with prospects, providing detailed information about the VA Claims Insider program, guiding veterans through the onboarding process, and ensuring a great first impression with empathy and mindfulness.

In Short

• Engages with prospects about the VA Claims Insider program.
• Gathers information on veterans’ disabilities in compliance with HIPAA.
• Fields inbound calls and manages live chat portals.
• Monitors and updates the prospect Pipedrive daily.
• Responds promptly to all veteran leads.
• Technical reporting of issues via the IT Portal.
• Guides veterans through the Elite Agreement execution.
• Coordinates with Veteran Coaches on issues.
• Drives to reach monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in a sales-focused role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Stellar interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• High degree of patience and empathy.
• Able to work independently.
• Attention to detail.
