We are seeking a Principal Cyber Crisis Consultant to join our Professional Services team.

The Principal Cyber Crisis Consultant will serve as a senior strategic advisor, driving cyber crisis preparedness, response, and resilience for clients while advancing the Ready1 solution in the market. This role combines client-facing consultation, thought leadership, and solution enablement with a focus on aligning business resilience strategies to organizational priorities. You will work closely with sales, pre-sales, partners, and professional services teams—particularly in EMEA—to identify needs, deliver value, and enhance our cyber crisis management capabilities.

In Short

  • Support the Ready1 team in rolling out product updates, feature enhancements, and strategic messaging to sales teams, prospects, and customers.
  • Lead strategic conversations with prospects and clients on cyber crisis preparedness, response frameworks, and recovery strategies aligned to ready1.
  • Partner with EMEA sales, pre-sales, and channel/partner teams in customer and partner discussions, acting as a subject matter expert on cyber crisis management.
  • Identify professional services opportunities during client engagements and ensure smooth hand-off to the appropriate team or partner.
  • Develop and expand the Ready1 tabletop exercise library for use with customers, partners, and marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, roundtables, panels, and speaking engagements, and tabletops to position Ready1 as a market leader.
  • Support the partner team with partner identification, partner GTM development, enablement, and client support.
  • Create enablement materials for both internal teams and external audiences, ensuring consistency in messaging and best-practice guidance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, crisis management, or business resilience, with at least 3 years in a client-facing advisory or consulting capacity.
  • Proven experience delivering crisis tabletop exercises and facilitating executive-level crisis discussions.
  • Strong understanding of cyber incident response frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 22301, ISO 27035) and business continuity principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience speaking at conferences or industry events.
  • Familiarity with cyber crisis management technologies and their integration into enterprise environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.

Benefits

  • You’ll be part of a global team on the front lines of cybersecurity innovation.
  • We celebrate curiosity, integrity, and people who take initiative.
  • If you’re someone who sees the glass as half full, embraces challenges as growth opportunities, and values a healthy balance between work and life—we’d love to meet you.
