In Short

  • We are looking for an in-country Enterprise Sales Director to join our LATAM Team covering Mexico.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience in developing sales leads from initial contact through successful closure.
  • Develop professional productive relationships with new accounts.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline development and closed business opportunities.
  • Conduct prospecting efforts, including outreach and relationship-building.
  • Own and expand the market through trusted partner relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products and services.
  • Exceed assigned growth goals and sales quota.
  • Fluency in Spanish required, Portuguese a plus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in cyber security or identity sales.
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling a new business or market.
  • Active Directory, Azure AD, identity related solutions sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong expertise in territory planning and sales methodologies.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and growing revenue.
  • Experience selling to large enterprise customers in the LATAM region.
  • Strong ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent communication skills.
