  • We are looking for a Partner Manager, LATAM to join our team covering Latin America.
  • Acts as the primary leader & point of contact for creating & enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, and VARs across LATAM.
  • Recruit and onboard strategically aligned partnerships with top-tier consulting firms and global system integrators.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth by executing “Sell With” and “Sell Through” strategies.
  • Maintain accurate revenue forecasting and documentation of partner activities within Salesforce.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in joint marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Lead enablement efforts by delivering training sessions for partner teams.
  • Uncover new business opportunities through channel partners.
  • Support sales efforts by attending customer meetings alongside partner sales representatives.

Requirements

  • Over 6 years of channel sales experience in Cybersecurity and IAM.
  • Demonstrated success in building and monetizing high-performing reseller partnerships.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
  • Experience in managing annual quotas tied to partner-influenced revenue.
  • Thrives in high-impact, high-visibility roles.
  • Extensive background in channel partner development throughout Latin America.
  • Expertise in strategic territory planning and modern sales methodologies.
  • Consistent record of surpassing channel sales targets.
  • Highly coachable with strong interpersonal skills.
