• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute GTM strategies.
• Maximize overall profitability using partner programs.
• Support the creation of co-branded materials and joint campaigns.
• Manage partner communications and engagement plans.
• Monitor and report on partner pipeline performance.
• Identify and activate new partner opportunities.
• Act as a connector between partnerships, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in partnerships or GTM strategy.
• Based in the DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia area.
• Solid understanding of federal compliance frameworks.
• Strong grasp of go-to-market motions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with project management skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
