As a Partner Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving impactful marketing initiatives with our partners worldwide, contributing to growth, engagement, and success for both TestRail and its partners.

• Build and nurture strong partner relationships to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment on joint initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to integrate partner campaigns with our overall marketing efforts.
• Develop go-to-market plans for technical partnerships, ensuring effective sales enablement and training materials.
• Create and manage co-marketing content across multiple formats including blog posts, guides, and newsletters.
• Maximize partner marketing investments, track ROI, and continuously optimize strategies.
• Analyze and report on partner-driven initiatives, measuring impact in terms of traffic and leads.
• Leverage multi-channel data to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

• BA in Marketing or related field with 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• Strong sense of curiosity and a self-starter attitude.
• Exceptional English writing skills with a proven ability to create high-quality marketing materials.
• Confident communicator who can engage both technical and business audiences effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
