Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Proven experience in commercial construction bids or estimating
  • Ability to read architectural and civil blueprints
  • Experience using estimating tools
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Able to work US business hours
  • Experience in fencing, steel, or related trades is a plus
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Construction procurement experience is a plus
