Overview

The Director, Business Development, leads the growth of iTech AG’s commercial portfolio by identifying, developing, and closing strategic opportunities across commercial, state, and local markets. This role is responsible for driving full-lifecycle sales efforts for iTech AG’s core capabilities, including digital transformation, cloud enablement, platform integration (e.g., ServiceNow), and enterprise solutions. The Director will build and execute sales strategies that align with iTech AG’s core capabilities and deliver long-term client value.

  • Lead the development and execution of commercial go-to-market strategies.
  • Identify, qualify, and manage the pursuit of new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in target markets.
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline using CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Represent iTech AG at client meetings and industry events.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on pipeline activity.
  • Collaborate to introduce best practices to current processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of business development and sales experience in IT services.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise IT services.
  • Ability to learn quickly, including technical and financial topics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms.
  • Track record of landing and expanding accounts.
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings and events.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.
