In Short

• Remote position, preferred in LATAM.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday during U.S. business hours.
• Base salary of $1,500/month.
• Earn an additional $500 for each closed deal after the first.
• Perform high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct 50+ cold calls daily.
• Qualify prospects based on need, timing, budget, and decision process.
• Run sales demonstration meetings.
• Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and prospecting.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume cold calling.
• 3+ years of B2B outbound sales experience.
• 1-3+ years of experience conducting sales demos.
• Strong experience with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Experience in quota-driven environments.
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. hours.
