Overview

CC.Talent is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our expansion in the US market. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline building through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.

In Short

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Identify and target key decision-makers within US-based companies
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Utilize tools (e.g., Apollo, CRM systems) to source and manage leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably targeting the US market
  • Experience in legal sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a neutral or American accent
  • Demonstrated experience in cold calling and effectively handling objections
  • Familiarity with sales tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours
