Overview

We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist for the Sales Development Specialists CMTS team home based in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth of revenue for cell line development, cell banking, testing and media services for a defined market by actively managing a range of accounts and growth potential in the territory.

In Short

  • Initiate and manage the full sales process from lead generation to after sales.
  • Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads and opportunities.
  • Manage short-, mid- and long-term opportunity funnel and account portfolio.
  • Analyze SFDC data to identify trends and track sales performance.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to Account Managers and customers.
  • Identify and execute action plans to develop the business.
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English.
  • Relevant professional field sales experience in Life Science.
  • Result-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Capable of providing outstanding customer service.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in life sciences or engineering.
  • Professional field sales experience with laboratory or process-based experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SFDC and other CRM tools.
  • Experience in selling capital instrumentation or consumables is a plus.
  • Ability to manage complex issues using innovation and processes.
