We are seeking a dynamic and creative Global Marketing Expert to join our Regional Marketing EMEA team (Sartorius Stedim Data Analytics AB) with a focus on delivering events to support our Data Analytics Business Unit. This role is essential in driving awareness through strategic marketing initiatives and events across global regions.

In Short

• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Units to conceptualize and design events.
• Develop creative themes and formats for in-person and virtual events.
• Plan and manage logistics of events for seamless execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for event delivery.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for regional launches.
• Create and oversee event schedules and resource plans.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets.
• Prepare reports on performance and engagement.
• Work closely with sales and technical teams for project execution.
• Travel for events approximately >35% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in marketing, focusing on event management.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with Asana, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Experience with event planning and execution.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in teams.
