Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for establishing product awareness and developing business plans in target accounts within the ophthalmology sector, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.

In Short

  • Establish awareness and use of the product in target accounts
  • Develop Account Business plans
  • Involvement in commercial strategy and tactics
  • Establish strong business relationships with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of local health economy guidance
  • Company representation at national and international congresses
  • Responsibility for continued education and product knowledge
  • Utilize SFE tools to drive efficacy and effectiveness
  • Support QA with legal requirements for pharmaceutical wholesalers
  • Carry out internal audits as a certified auditor

Requirements

  • Degree of "Pharmareferent"
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in Ophthalmology
  • Results oriented and self-motivated
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Effective communicator
  • Excellent customer liaison skills
  • Hands-on mentality with problem solving skills
  • Very good written and spoken German, mid-level English
  • Availability to travel and occasional overnight trips
