Overview

The Custom Coordinator provides administrative support to the Custom team, including the coordination and preparation of purchase orders, production and inventory reports, and other customer specific information.

In Short

  • Support Product Developers with customer service-related reports and initiatives.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of style tech packs and swatch books.
  • Provide clerical/administrative support to the Custom Department.
  • Assist in orchestrating customer and team meetings and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant administrative or operations support experience.
  • Customer service or order processing experience is preferred.
  • A high proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Strong business orientation and analytical aptitude.
  • Able to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
  • Self-starter and information seeker.
