Accounts Receivable Representative (Spanish) - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Representative (Spanish) works with an assigned group of customers and is responsible for managing accounts financially – calling customers for payment information, researching and resolving account discrepancies, business building, risk management, and developing and enhancing SanMar's relationships with their customers.

Requirements

• 1-3 years Collection and/or Customer Service experience.
• Experience supporting customers over the phone is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexible with change.

• Salary range: $18.40 - $29.00/hour depending on location.
