As a Technical Support Engineer at Samsara, you will provide world-class hardware and software support to customers, resolving complex issues and improving support across teams.

Requirements

  • B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in support or technical roles.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Familiarity with CRMs like Zendesk or Salesforce.
  • Strong technical knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a hyper-growth environment.
  • Willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
  • Experience with industrial systems or IoT devices is a plus.
  • Experience troubleshooting APIs is an advantage.
