As Senior Manager, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, you will shape the way Samsara engages with customers, leading strategy and evolution of our global lifecycle programs. You’ll build personalized, data-driven experiences that help customers realize value, deepen adoption, and grow with us.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing.
  • 2+ years of direct people management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong strategic and solutions-oriented leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
  • Hands-on experience with customer engagement tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Experience with data-driven lifecycle programs across multiple segments.
  • Ability to interpret behavioral data and derive insights.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and smart prioritization.
