Senior Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead end-to-end customer lifecycle mapping covering awareness, activation, value realization, and advocacy stages.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation and personalized engagement at every stage of the customer journey.
• Design and launch campaigns across email, SMS, in-app messaging, push notifications, and other channels.
• Develop segmentation strategies leveraging behavioral, demographic, and transactional data.
• Define, track, and report on key lifecycle metrics including activation rates, churn, LTV growth, and engagement.
• Continuously test and optimize lifecycle initiatives using A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, Creative, Sales, and other teams to create a cohesive, automated customer journey.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
