Overview

The Customer Success Associate will work closely with Public Sector customers to help them operate more efficiently and safely using Samsara's IoT platform.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong priority management and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with technical products.
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build trust with various stakeholders.
  • Passion for taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diplomacy and poise under pressure.
