Overview

The Coach Community Director will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships within the coaching community to enhance employee engagement and promote best practices aligned with the company's mission.

• Vet coaches and ensure alignment with company practices.
• Create content to engage the coaching community.
• Report to the Head Coach.

Requirements

• Experience in HR consulting, executive coaching, or learning and development.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
