Overview

As a Coach Community & Customer Advisor at Sama, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a world-class Coach Community and advising clients on their development programs.

In Short

  • Lead community engagement efforts through webinars and events.
  • Ensure the coach community is informed of new features and best practices.
  • Develop workshops, webinars, and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to introduce new products to clients.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and trends.
  • Share insights with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships within the coaching community.
  • Advise clients on building effective development programs.
  • Contribute to positive change on a global scale.
  • Work closely with the Coaching team and report to the CoFounder & Head Coach.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR consulting, executive coaching, or L&D.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Passionate about employee engagement and empowerment.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to develop and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create engaging content for community interaction.
  • Understanding of coaching best practices.
  • Experience in organizing events and webinars.
