Overview

We’re looking for a metrics-driven, strategic Outbound Sales Lead to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth in the fast-evolving space of AI data annotation and training data services. This is a high-impact individual contributor role focused on both outbound execution and outbound program strategy.

In Short

  • Book 8–10 meetings per month.
  • Influence $2M+ pipeline per quarter.
  • Execute multi-threaded outbound campaigns targeting C-level and technical personas.
  • Own outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and events.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand off sales-ready opportunities.
  • Architect repeatable outbound processes and strategies.
  • Maintain and optimize outbound tech stack.
  • Define and track KPIs across touches and engagement rates.
  • Build real-time dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Enable outbound best practices for AEs and BDRs.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in enterprise outbound sales or sales development.
  • Proven track record of meeting pipeline generation targets.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Analytical and technical mindset for designing workflows.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
