Senior Product Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a senior-level Product Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you’ll focus primarily on creating intuitive, engaging product experiences that delight our users — from concept to delivery.

In Short

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery
• Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers
• Participate in user research and usability testing
• Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability
• Design marketing materials that align with the product brand
• Support the sales team with design for presentations and collateral
• Ensure brand cohesion across digital product and sales experiences
• Work in a remote environment with a team across Europe

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within a SaaS
• Experience working in start-ups
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design
• Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
• Understanding of design systems and component-driven design
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bonus: Experience with marketing design, branding, or motion graphics
