Director of Community - Remote

Overview

Sentient is seeking a Director of Community who will be responsible for building, scaling, and nurturing our growing community of developers, data contributors, and AI enthusiasts.

In Short

• Lead initiatives to expand Sentient's community through strategic outreach across platforms like Discord, Twitter, and Telegram.
• Help guide and shape the voice of Sentient’s community, representing values of trust, innovation, and openness.
• Develop educational programs, contests, and engagement strategies to educate the community.
• Scale the community by hiring and coordinating moderators across multiple regions.
• Track community-oriented KPIs and optimize strategies based on data.
• Act as a liaison between the community, development, and business teams.
• Engage with the community through memes, alpha leaks, and valuable content.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of decentralized AI and blockchain technologies.
• Proven track record of leading community initiatives in decentralized technology.
• Experience managing online communities across Twitter, Discord, Telegram.
• Experience organizing and managing ambassador or community engagement programs.
• Ability to track and measure the success of community initiatives.
• Ability to work closely with bizdev, marketing, and technical teams.
