Corporate Counsel - Remote

Overview

As a key part of our rapidly growing organization, we are looking for Corporate Counsel - Procurement and Alliances to manage contracts for procurement and partnerships.

In Short

• Review, draft, provide guidance on, and negotiate commercial procurement contracts.
• Work directly with the Procurement Manager to improve the procurement process.
• Develop strong relationships with internal contacts across various departments.
• Support other projects and initiatives as requested.

Requirements

• A university degree in Law (LLM preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (both oral and written).
• Strong knowledge of global commercial and contractual laws.
• At least three years experience negotiating contracts in an in-house legal department or law firm.
• Collaborative work ethic and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
