Requirements

• Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in Federal space.
• Experience in high growth SaaS or Cybersecurity organizations.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating sales processes and forecasts.
• Ability to inspire and lead a sales team effectively.
• Familiarity with identity security solutions and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Capacity to develop strategic plans and execute them.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in security.
• Experience with channel partner management.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment.
