Overview

The Director, Federal Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire and maintain federal government business, leveraging established relationships and a deep understanding of the federal procurement process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in public sector sales.
  • 5+ years focused on federal direct sales.
  • Knowledge of federal procurement processes and regulations.
  • Proven success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong relationships with federal government stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Aptitude for understanding complex federal needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
