Overview

The Senior Software Triage Engineer at SailPoint will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues in a SaaS-based microservices architecture, collaborating with various teams to ensure system reliability and customer success.

• First line of defense for technical issues escalated from support teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Support Level 2/3 or equivalent roles.
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of REST API, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker.
• Experience with log analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills focused on evidence-based debugging.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in the identity security industry is a plus.
