Tech Ops Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Tech Ops Specialist at SafetyWing is responsible for providing technical support and resolving customer issues while contributing to the mission of building a global social safety net.

In Short

• Provide technical support via chat or email.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond first-line support.
• Handle operational tasks including data entry and Jira ticket management.
• Identify patterns in issues and recommend improvements.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Available for 30+ hours a week, including weekends.
• Experience with debugging, Jira, SQL, and Postman is required.
• Extra preference for experience with Intercom or healthcare.
• Strong English language skills are essential.
• Open to candidates from Asia, Americas, and EMEA time zones.

Requirements
